MIE-SPPU Students Show Creativity in Best Out of Waste Competition

On March 20th, 2023, the School of Commerce and Management at MIE-SPPU organized a Best Out of Waste Competition to promote waste management and recycling among the students. The competition saw enthusiastic participation from students who came up with innovative and creative products using waste materials like plastic, old newspapers, denim, and cartons.

The main aim of the competition was to make the students aware of the three R’s - Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle. The competition encouraged the students to think out of the box and come up with unique ideas to recycle waste into useful products. The competition saw an array of creative products like pencil holders, photo frames, and decorative items.

The competition was judged by a panel of experts in the field of waste management, who evaluated the products based on their creativity, innovation, and usefulness. The competition was a huge success, and the judges were amazed at the level of creativity shown by the students.

The competition not only promoted waste management but also highlighted the importance of environmental sustainability. The students learned the importance of recycling and reducing waste, which can go a long way in preserving the environment for future generations.

The Best Out of Waste Competition was a great learning experience for the students, who were able to showcase their creativity and innovative ideas. The competition was also a reminder of the important role that each one of us can play in preserving the environment by promoting waste management and sustainability.

MIE-SPPU is proud of its students and their innovative ideas, and we hope that this competition will inspire more students to come up with creative ways to reduce waste and promote environmental sustainability.
