*Seat Reservation fee (QAR 1000) will be adjusted with the first semester fees. However, it will be non-refundable, in case the candidate decides to withdraw application.
Fee Concessions
To encourage timely payment and support families in planning ahead, MIE-SPPU Institute of Higher Education offers a 5% concession on the annual tuition fee only if the full year’s tuition is paid in a single installment on or before the deadline specified in the academic calendar.

This concession is applicable to all students, irrespective of program or year of study.

No concession will be granted for payments made in two or more installments.

The concession will be automatically revoked if the fee payment is delayed beyond the stipulated due date.

The maximum total discount a student can avail in an academic year (including scholarships and other applicable concessions) is capped at 20% for new admissions and 15% for continuing students.

MIE-SPPU Institute of Higher Education late fee policy is implemented to ensure timely fee payments. Please take note of the following details:
1. All outstanding fees must be settled by the cut off date to avoid any late fees.
2. In the event of defaulting on fee payment after the cut-off date, a late fee of QAR 100 per week or part week will be charged. This fee will be applicable until the outstanding payment is settled.
3. The late fee will be calculated on a weekly basis, starting from the day following the cut-off date.
4. Late fees must be paid along with the outstanding fees to clear the account. The total amount to be paid will include the outstanding and accumulated late fees.
5. To avoid any inconvenience, we will send regular reminders to ensure timely fee payments. The student or the parent/guardian is responsible for keeping track of payment deadlines.
